Just so we are on the same page:

Boarding:
- Drop off,  pick up and tours are done by appointment only.  Please text 586-246-2784.
-Unless communicated, you have up to 15 minutes after your appointment time to be late. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to reschedule.
- You must have UP TO DATE rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The latest pick up time is 7p. The earliest drop off time is 9a.

Pet Care:
-Winter: Driveways must be plowed if there are 2"+ of snow.  
-Water sources must be kept from freezing. Also, the buckets, bowls and troughs for outside animals must also be kept from freezing.
-Sitters do not stay over night.
-We do not go into bedrooms, offices, dens unless instructed. We also do not go the the upstairs level of a 2 story house unless instructed or there is a pet needing care.   We service animals in the general living quarters only such as kitchens and living rooms. 
-REFUNDS are given on an individual basis. Once time has been reserved, full payment is expected. If a refund is issued, it will be a credit toward your next reservation.

Forgotten reservations:
Everyone makes mistakes. The first time you forget to cancel a reservation, no action is taken. The second time a reservation is made and needs to be cancelled but is NOT communicated, you are blocked from making future reservations. NO EXCEPTIONS.
